Today was an off day from the usual summer activities....you know,
watching TV, eating on the couch, having positively boring urban
experiences. So, today, we constructed a vehicle out of a Little Red
Wagon, an old car seat, a jump rope, and copious amounts of duct tape.
The testing was tedious and often unfruitful, however we eventually
ended up with a semi-safe model (helmets were required) that was
semi-easy to sit in and semi-ridiculous. We received wonderful feedback
from the neighbors as we promenaded and rolled up and down the street.
We would like to take this opportunity to share another pioneer of
strange vehicles. These two fellows constructed a couch-bike and
pedaled to their prom in style. We especially enjoy the ducks at the end.
